Delivery/Pickup Options for Nebraska Customers:

Nebraska customers have three options for delivery/pickup:

1. Pick up your order at our warehouse in Albion.

2. Arrange for a local delivery from Albion.

3. Have your order direct shipped (see shipping costs below).

Shipping Fees (Direct from Manufacturer)

Orders weighing up to 70 lbs:

We prefer to ship using the US Postal Service - Standard Mail. The Postal Service weight limit per package is 70 lbs. For these packages please figure your shipping fee by using the weights listed in the item description and the information below:

Up to 20 lbs: $12.00
21-40 lbs: $19.00
41-70 lbs: $29.00
Over 70 lbs: Please call for rate, (402) 395-6460

Orders weighing 71 lbs and up:

These orders may be shipped/delivered a number of ways:

1. Orders not exceeding 150 lbs may be shipped via the United Parcel Service.

2. Orders may also be divided into numerous "lighter" packages each weighing under 70 lbs.

3. Orders exceeding 150 lbs (large custom name rocks and benches) may be shipped by freight or delivered. We do deliver to customers across the continental United States. For these orders please call for shipping fees and arrangements.

Order Information and Conditions

Exchanges - We will be unable to refund or exchange custom products. Non-custom products may be exchanged by returning the product and original invoice to: Rock Signs of Nebraska, PO Box 162, Albion, NE 68620. Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please allow 30 days for receipt of your order.

Naturally, rocks vary in size, weight and shape; therefore, we cannot guarantee your rock will be identical in color, shape, and weight to those pictured. Be assured that we do strive for the highest quality finished product and your satisfaction.
